In the cleanroom, various values such as temperature, humidity, negative pressure, differential pressures and particles are recorded in refrigerators, rooms, airlocks and at the workbenches. In the event of an alarm, traffic lights and horns are activated. The vacuum pumps are activated via a central web panel. Further customer-specific programming of the WAGO PLC/web page for recording process data, controlling the horn, traffic lights, pumps and display on the web panel. All hardware components are from different manufacturers. Measurement data is recorded via MCPS.
