The WAGO I / O System W750
Programmable fieldbus controller ETHERNET
The WAGO controllers (programmable according to IEC 61131-3) are suitable for a variety of tasks and offer all the features that are connected to a classic PLC, such as robustness, stability, safety and availability.
By directly connecting a large number of different I / O modules of the WAGO-I / O-SYSTEM 750, extensive applications can be realized. In addition to the different performance classes, from the simple ETHERNET controller to the fully-fledged I / O-IPC, the controllers offer several communication services and various interfaces based on the scalable memory size and speed.
With the MCON extension of MCPS, the following functions are self-sufficient:
- Backup functionality, data is additionally stored encrypted on an SD card
- Input scaling, signals from 0 – 10V and 4 – 20mA can be scaled directly
- Limit value monitoring, setting of 6 different alarm levels
- Mathematics, Symbolic mathematical formulas possible
- Various control and regulation functions can be downloaded via graphical editor
- WAGO complies with MCON 21 CFR Part 11
GM10-Data logger from Yokogawa
The Data Acquisition System GM is a data logger that excels in versatility and expandability. The main unit includes on-board memory for data acquisition and also supports SD cards for external storage. The system consists of a Data Acquisition Module (GM10), Power Supply module (GM90PS), and Module Base (GM90MB), which is used to mount a variety of modules. SMARTDAC+ GM utilizes the same modules as the GX/GP series of SMARTDAC+.
Data logger
“DatacollectorXP”
With the data logger series DCXP Driesen + Kern GmbH offers mobile data loggers with up to 16 input channels for a variety of probes and signals. The robust data loggers are characterized by a particularly low power consumption, so that battery-operated long-term recordings can be carried out over several years. In addition to simple operation via the touch display, our powerful MCPS software for data acquisition and evaluation is also available, which runs on PCs and notebooks with a Windows operating system.
For connection to the DataCollectorXP, Driesen + Kern GmbH offers a large number of sensors such as PT100 / PT1000 temperature sensors, combined humidity / temperature sensors, strain gauges, as well as pressure, force, radiation and air speed transducers. In addition, standardized analog output signals 0-1V / 5V / 10V / 4-20mA and pulse signals as well as thermistor probes of type K, T, J, N, R, S, T, B can be connected. The thermocouple sensors are connected using an adapter cable (type DK-TC-0). To identify the probes that can be connected to the DCXP, they have the code “-0” at the end of the order information. This means that they are suitable for direct connection to the DCXP using the green, compact Phoenix terminals.
Data logger
“DatacollectorXP-R”
Data logger DCXP-R with up to 16 “rugged” sockets for connection of voltage, current, PT100 / PT1000, thermocouples, thermistors, strain gauges and similar very low voltage or current in the μV and μA range as well as combined digital humidity / temperature probes from our product range. Pulse detection is available on two channels at the same time. With the DCXP-R the input jacks are topside and compatible with our rugged models DK3xx, DK65x, DK66x, DK68x.
For connection to the DataCollectorXP-R, Driesen + Kern offers a large number of sensors such as PT100 / PT1000 temperature sensors, strain gauges, as well as pressure, force, radiation and air velocity transducers. In addition, standardized analog output signals 0-1V / 5V / 10V / 4-20mA as well as pulse signals can be recorded with the help of the connection cable DKCI / DKCU. Furthermore, thermocouple probes type K, T, J, N, R, S, T, B can be connected. These thermocouple sensors are connected by means of an adapter cable (type DK-TC-4).
